or Lakeland employee, you do not need to fill out this form, as you are automatically registered.
Submission of the form means that you will receive Emergency, Closing, and General Police notifications. Voice notifications will be sent to the Primary Phone and Cell Phone (if provided). Text messages will be sent to
the provided "Text Messaging Phone" and by submitting this form you consent to receive emergency text alerts from Lakeland Community College. You will remain on the notification list until the expiration date indicated below.
Please Note: that selecting “Campus Partner” as your college affiliation is limited to organizations with an on-campus presence. In addition to the notifications described above, Campus Partners will receive Lakeland
email communications about on-campus proceedings. Campus Partners will be required to verify their email annually.
