Prerequisite: Completion of, or concurrent enrollment in, all required Medical Assisting (MDAS) program courses, or equivalent medical assisting education or experience with permission of the program director.
This course is designed to prepare students for success on the AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) exam and other recognized national credentialing exams. Through structured review sessions, practice tests, and targeted remediation, students will strengthen their knowledge of medical assisting competencies across the general, administrative, and clinical domains. Prerequisite: CPR-American Heart Association: Health Care Provider, successful completion of all other courses required in the Medical Assisting program, MDAS 1800 (must be taken concurrently).
