Vytauras Sasnauskas (also known as Chef V.) has founded and operated the nearby restaurants Americano (in Bratenahl) and Citizen Pie (in both Ohio City and Collinwood). He was born in Kaunas, Lithuania, and came to Cleveland, Ohio in 1996, where he has been living since. His passion is food, having attended culinary school in both Lithuania and Ohio. He will be joined by Prof. Daiva Berzinskas, a Lithuanian American instructor of English here at Lakeland. Traditional Lithuanian food will be served.
