Lakeland Community College is connecting students and the community with employers this Fall with a job fair on Wednesday, Nov. 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This public event will be held on Lakeland’s campus in the A-Building hallway, located at 7700 Clocktower Drive, Kirtland, Ohio, 44094.

The job fair will bring employers to campus from a variety of industries who are actively hiring and offering competitive pay. Employers attending include Cleveland-based Guardians and Cavaliers, as well as Component Repair Technologies, Inc., Somich & Associates CPAs, Lake Metroparks and the Lake County YMCA.

There will be opportunities for all to learn more about the type of work that bests suit their needs and interests,” says Rhonda Butler, Lakeland’s director of career services and employer relations coordinator, “whether you're a student seeking employment, an area resident looking for a fresh start.”

Butler encourages people of all ages to attend the job fair, as special consideration has been given to employers who hire candidates as young as 16 years old.
