The Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Lakeland Community College is presenting a free seminar for small-business owners who want to expand their business and learn more about the Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs, government contracting programs and other business expansion resources. The event takes place at Lakeland’s Holden University Center, Oct. 30, from 9-11 a.m., and includes a continental breakfast sponsored by Dollar Bank. The Holden University Center is located on route 306 across from the Lakeland’s main entrance, 7700 Clocktower Drive, Kirtland, 44094. Attendees must be pre-registered.
