Lakeland Community College will host a Campus Visit Day and Information Fair Saturday, Nov. 5, between 10 a.m. and noon in the health technologies building (H-Building) on Lakeland’s campus in Kirtland.

“Lakeland’s recruitment team is excited to help prospective students of all ages learn more about the many opportunities available to earn a degree or certificate, upgrade job skills or just take a class to get started,” said Kristina Willey, senior director for student recruitment and Lakeland’s Holden University Center. “Our Fall Campus Visit Day and Information Fair is a great opportunity to explore academic programs, short-term certificates, scholarship opportunities and our vibrant campus.

During the event prospective students and their guests will have the option to join 20-minute information sessions at the top of each hour, focused on how to get started at Lakeland and funding opportunities. Academic programs will be on display and faculty will be on hand to answer questions. In addition, attendees will learn more about the holistic wrap-around support services Lakeland has to offer to help students be successful in their personal, academic and professional lives.

Campus tours will also be available.

Whether your goal is an associate degree and earning college credit to transfer to a four-year college or high-quality training to enter the workforce, Lakeland has you covered. Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged. Visit lakelandcc.edu/visit to register.
